The Cut Sheet

Cut Sheets are due at the time of your slaughter appointment for pork and lamb, and within a week of your beef appointment. Not submitting your cut sheet will forfeit your custom cutting instructions and our standard custom cut sheet will be used to process your livestock. Please use this cut sheet to choose which cuts of meat you would like.

Processing (Not For Sale)

Local farms and producers raise livestock and Contentnea Farms processes their meat through all stages. We can handle, slaughter, cut and package your meat. We have processing times available, please call 252-606-4638.

Deer Processing

Contentnea Farms also provides processing for deer. Choose cuts including sausage, hamburger, steaks, and roast. Additional services include snack sticks ($10/lb) and caping deer for mounting ($45). To learn more about our available processing times, please call 252-606-4638.
