If you put a deposit down, we’ll chat and get your cut sheet filled out so the cow will be cut just for you!! A half-cow will be approximately 225-250lbs of meat with the total cost based on $6.00/lb hanging weight. The hanging weight is not the actual weight of the meat. The meat is roughly 65-70% of the hanging weight.

A half cow is approximately 200 lbs. of beef per half cow. Stocking your family’s freezer has never been easier. The perfect half cow that will serve as your freezer beef for months to come. Approximately 8-10 cubic ft. of chest freezer space needed per 1/2 cow.
