If you put a deposit down, we’ll chat and get your cut sheet filled out so the cow will be cut just for you!! A half-cow will be approximately 400-600lbs of meat with the total cost based on $5.50/lb hanging weight. The hanging weight is not the actual weight of the meat. The meat is roughly 65-70% of the hanging weight.

A half cow is approximately 400-600lbs of beef per half cow. Stocking your family’s freezer has never been easier. The perfect half cow that will serve as your freezer beef for months to come. Approximately 8-10 cubic ft. of chest freezer space needed per 1/2 cow.
USDA Choice or Higher, Never Ever Antibiotics, Added Hormones, or Feed Additives.
